Andy Rooney is a genius.

From yesterday’s USA Today:

“It has been 31 years since [Andy Rooney] first appeared on CBS’ 60 Minutes— as a summer replacement. ‘I think I’ll know when I can’t do this anymore. I think I’d quit before anyone tells me to.’

And if he does, who might replace him?

With a straight face, he suggests another CBS legend, Charles Kuralt, who died in 1997.”
